Short answers about Lifty Fifty access, workouts, training examples and planned membership.
Access
Can I use Lifty Fifty now?
The beta page shows whether interest registration is open. Registering does not create an app account or guarantee a beta place; access follows a separate invitation.
Check beta accessWhich devices are planned?
The planned experience includes an iPhone and Android app for workouts and a web portal for reviewing training on a larger screen.

Do I need to follow a programme?
No. You can follow a structured programme or record a session you planned yourself. Both can contribute to your training history.
See workout recordingAre these real Lifty Fifty programmes?
Yes. These are curated Lifty Fifty training programmes, not illustrative examples. Compare their goals, equipment and weekly commitment to find a plan that fits. More programmes will join the collection over time.
View curated programmesWhat can I record in a set?
The intended record includes weight, repetitions and effort. Notes, rest and tempo can add detail where they apply. Planned work remains separate from what you performed.

Where does the training information come from?
The Lifty Fifty Training Library draws on strength and conditioning texts, published research and anatomy references. The sources section names examples and explains their role.
See the library sourcesAre website charts member results?
No. They are labelled sample training records. They show how to read the data, not an outcome to expect.
Read a sample comparisonDoes every movement have a video?
No. Written references can be read without a video. Public previews appear where a suitable asset is available.
View movement referencesWhat do the four pillars measure?
Strength, endurance, mobility and stability organise the training view. Recorded work and its summaries do not directly measure health, recovery or future performance.
