Train with a plan. See the work add up.

Lifty Fifty is a strength training app for adults over 50. Follow a workout, record your sets and return to the detail when you review your progress.

The information behind Lifty Fifty

Built on a deeper
training reference.

The Lifty Fifty training system connects five layers. Movement technique draws on anatomy; programmes organise movements and training principles; your recorded sessions connect the work to analysis.

Typical app

Typical apps start with logging, then add programmes and movements. Lifty Fifty is built from the ground up on foundational training knowledge that informs every layer of the app.

A useful comparison

What changed between two squat sessions?

Start with the weight, repetitions and effort recorded for each set. Then check the planned work and any notes. Five repetitions at a heavier weight tell only part of the story if the movement variation or effort changed too.

Choose a week you can train

Check the number of sessions, usual duration and equipment in each programme example before looking at its loading pattern.

Keep the performed set

Record the weight and reps you actually completed. Add effort and a note when they help explain a change from the plan.

Read the source set

A chart point is a summary. Open the underlying set and movement reference before treating it as a comparable result.

The four pillars

Strength, endurance, mobility and stability.

Those are the areas Lifty Fifty is built around. They give you a way to consider a fuller training week without pretending one number can measure health, readiness or future performance.
